DOI Schedules Workshop on Principally At-Fault Regulations

The Department has scheduled a workshop in Sacramento on Friday, September 3 to consider the latest version of its Principally At-Fault Regulations. The regulations continue to suffer from the infirmity discussed in our June 2 blog post and prior blog posts on the subject.
